This is a Asura Kishin wig from SOUL EATER
The wig: Originally long medium length wig from Arda that heat treated straight. The wig was cut to style and the hair was then sectioned off into pieces and individually spiked. After the spiked pieces dried white foam pieces were cut out and glued to the wig spikes. This is a permanent wig style and hair fibers will not come undone or be changed.
